“I have emailed customer service and left a 1 star view already and I am still awaiting a response a week later. On the play plex website is stats that all authentic products have a QR code on the back and not to buy if a QR code is missing or tampered with. I brought no.4 no.5 and no.3 4 &5 the packaging is intact but no.3 the QR code has been cut off. Are the products fake?! I don’t want to use this product on my hair and it is an expensive product. I have been waiting a response for a week and have heard nothing back, then today had an email to leave a review, so this is the second one I’m leaving”

“My usual Olaplex conditioner was out of stock where I normally buy it, so I did a google for an alternative store. I must admit that I was slightly concerned initially, just because the price per bottle was a lot less than what I usually pay, but seriously I'm now so pleased I've found this shop! Really quick delivery, and the products are genuine (my main worry!). I've just placed a second order for my shampoo this time!”
