“I didn’t receive my purchase from you .DHL didn’t deliver it , although they said they did. They offered to deliver it over a week after it wax due . I cancelled the order as it was a present for a friends 50th. So I was very disappointed”

Hi Margaret, Unfortunatly there was a issue with your DHL delivery a refund or resend was offered and processed once DHL had deemed this as lost.
