“Often you really find out how good companies are when something goes wrong. How they deal with an issue says volumes. I had the wrong item sent out to me. It was picked up and replaced quickly and without any fuss. Excellent service, have used before and will again.”

“Product was good, however they do not dispatch on Saturdays which is not clear when ordering nor reflected in the delivery date shown when ordering. This meant the item did not get to me in time for the birthday it was ordered for. Customer service was not helpful and abrupt to the point of bordering on rude when I queried the next day delivery.”

“Scentsational service was overall very good. However, the Olaplex 0 arrived with a large dent at the bottom which means it won’t stay upright. This is surprising as there was no damage to the box it arrived in and the contents were said to have been checked and packed with two separate signatures.”
