“Scentsational site was easy to use and prices are good. Ordered 2nd December, received 6th December so within their time limit. Parcel was delivered by Evri. Had email from them saying they had parcel and would email again when it was on it's way. Heard nothing more but found said parcel in my porch ( lucky I left it unlocked) some hours later.”

“Order took 2 weeks to arrive on a 3-4 day tracked service. But more to the point I orders a 100ml bottle and two 50ml bottles came instead with no explanation and no delivery note. Won’t be using them again”
