“Item did not arrive. After about 10 days I contacted Scentsational. They appeared to already know that Hermes had lost the item (but just didn't tell me). However, without hesitation they sent me a replacement item to arrive the next day by another courier. It arrived today. Very pleased. Thank you Scentsational.”
