“Delivery took 4 days longer than it said it would, products didn’t come packaged and where loose in a cardboard box and Christmas present looked like it had been in the tumble dryer bottles on the inside looked like they had been stood on”

“My order never arrived. They did not respond to my email. I used the telephone number advertised and it did not work. I am beginning to believe this is a scam.I found another telephone number and tried that.Success.Ofcourse they had a million excuses but did despatch by DHL a new order and it arrived 24 hours later.My order was a present and arrived for me 1 day too late.I had to go out and buy an alternative.In all I wish now I had dealt with somebody else.”
