Disappointed with the pashmina I received, wanted to return but didn't know how, no instructions and paid £36 including next day delivery.

Fabric feels nice however, it badly stained my hands and handbag which has been ruined.

Paid £8.99 for next day delivery, I was told it would be with me between 1-3pm the next day- it didn’t come so I couldn’t give it to my friend before here cruise, not happy won’t rely on scarf room again.

I have purchased several Pashmina's from Scarf Room and been very happy with all of them. The quality is excellent and delivery first class. I buy them as gifts for my daughter-in-law who lives in Australia. She absolutely loves them. The most recent one I bought was for my other daughter-in-law for Christmas. She also loves the quality and colour.

I ordered face masks and while they arrived promptly I was very disappointed with the fact they were only a single layer of fabric when all guidelines I read say wear double thickness + fabric. Nowhere can I see the thickness they are on your web page. I feel very dissatisfied with my order. Mary Boverhoff

Hello. I have in fact returned the item, posted last Saturday, it had a 'pull' in it and I would not expect a pashmina style to have a hemmed side/long edge, sorry. Susan Hobbs

I was very disappointed in the way the £40 scarf was packaged. It came in a plastic envelope that was stuffed into my letter box. The scarf its self looks ok however I have been unable to remove it from its other plastic sleave as it is a Christmas gift and it already doesn't look very good and I done want to hand it over looking like I pulled from my own wardrope.

Dear Claire Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your scarf was stuffed into your letterbox. You will see from the majority of our reviews that we always take great care to wrap our scarves very carefully in tissue paper and then place them in a strong waterproof bag to keep them protected during their journey to the customer. They are pristine when they leave our office! There is also a section on our checkout page where customers can leave more specific delivery requests for when they are not in and would rather not have their items put through the letterbox. I would suggest that you also have a word with your local delivery office asking that post be put through your letterbox more carefully in future. I hope this helps. Unfortunately the colour was closer to purple than navy blue and I bought it for a wedding to match my dress. I will need to return it sorry

There was no confirmation of my order and the screen cleared before I got a confirmation screen. I redid the order and now have 4 pashminas rather than 2. I now need to work out how to return 2.

Dear Pamela I am sorry that you did not receive a confirmation of your order. I am not sure what happened in this instance as confirmation emails are normally automatically generated by the system that we use.
