“We visited Lytham for the Seniors Golf Tournament last July and found the Scarf Room. What a fabulous shop with an amazing choice of handbags and scarves. Bought two bags that day! Have been on their mailing list ever since and have just ordered face masks which were delivered the next day. Cannot fault them and can’t wait to visit the shop again in person. Thank you!”

“I had to send the scarf back because when it arrived it was not the shade of red that I had hoped. But I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service given by The Scarf Room. The refund was done so quickly & with no quibbles. I will certainly use this site again and can recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“I’m very pleased with my scarf. It is of good quality being a little thicker than some. I did feel however that it was a bit expensive but no doubt the Covid problem may have had something to do with it.”

“My order was dealt with almost immediately on a Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday, amazing! The pashmina I chose for my wedding day is absolutely beautiful.... it seems to be a slightly darker colour than the picture but I’m hoping it blends ok. Great quality and great service. “Brilliant company. On normal delivery I received within 2 days. I was trying to get a pashmina/number 37 to match my wedding outfit. I Picked wrong colour. Phoned and spoke with Ellie, who was so helpful. I sent her a picture of my outfit while still on phone with her, she suggested pale pink. I returned the navy and within 2 days I received the Pale pink which was absolutely spot on for my outfit. I will never buy a scarf from anywhere else. Love the 'How to Wear' video on their website. This is a company that really goes the extra mile for their customers. Try them, you wont be sorry. They deserve 100% 5 stars reviews, (not 98%) Thanks to all at Scarf Room”

“Fantastic, I ordered a pashmina for my sisters wedding and it is perfect. The delivery was very speedy, I obviously ordered early as I know couriers are experiencing some delays at the moment as well as businesses and processing the items in time but I was shocked to find my order had been delivered just 3 days after I ordered it and the material is so soft and comfortable.”
