“Your service was good but unfortunately when I used one of the masks the ‘hook’ over the ear came adrift. No problem as I can stitch it back. I haven’t opened the second one yet. ‘”

“Scarf came very promptly and the texture of the scarf feels as it should ..soft and gauze like. It's a good size so it is versatile. The colour is not quite as I had hoped.. it's a bit peachy and not baby pink.. It's very wearable however..”

“Good quality scarves - last one ordered in black is obviously fine but have three other colours and disappointed with the fact that not as bright as pictures on web site look. I asked for a bright yellow for Christmas but it looks like mustard.”

“I have never bought anything from scrafroom before, so you are always nervous in case the quality of the product you buy isn't what you expect, I need not have worried. I bought 3 blanket scarfs during Black Friday sale which was a bargain and if you buy over a certain amount it also includes free posting. They all arrived next day. What better service could you ask for. I liked one of the scarves so much that I had bought for a friend as a Christmas present that, I reordered one for myself. The only downside that might put some people off buying is that returns aren't paid for. However, this is a small company getting on it's feet so I can appreciate that their profit margins are small and that it would be difficult for them to do this at this stage. Hopefully, as their company grows they may be able to offer this service so they are in line with the more established online sites.. All in all I'd say it's worth the risk of buying one product to give you an idea of quality and I am sure you will want to return as I did. Thank you Scarfroom for an excellent service. I hope to visit again soon. Have a great Christmas you deserve it!”

“Order #36097 We ordered five scarves which my wife intended to use as Christmas presents for the ladies in her walking group. We were delighted with four of the scarves which are up to the standard which we expect from your company. However one was a total disappointment- INMS Navy Metallic Scarf - which is insubstantial and flimsy. She won't be using that one as a gift.”

“A very quick delivery after ordering and the return of one item was dealt with equally quickly (within a day). The pashmina looks a nice quality and colour near to the photograph. A returns label would have been helpful.”

“Purchased the navy and the black. Navy was perfect, black was (in my opinion) more charcoal but black colours do vary and it didn’t matter too much. They were exactly what we needed for the chilly evening of the wedding.”
