“I purchased a wedding pashmina in dusky pink from the Scarf Room. It was delivered quickly and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. I am very pleased with the item. A good size, the fabric is soft and of good quality and the colour is true to the image on the site. I fully intend ordering another in a different shade.”

“Really helpful lady advised me on pashmina colour and found me a bag that was a perfect colour match. The bag apparently had a slight mark on the back, but I couldn’t see it. I was given a big discount, regardless!! Couldn’t be happier with the products and the outstanding customer service. Thank you.”

“Really helpful customer services. prompt responses from real human beings:) Pashmina arrived very promptly. Great quality and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately it didn't match my dress so I had to send it back but customer service made that very easy. And now I get a discount on future purchases - very happy:)”
