“I ordered a Pistachio Green Pashmina. It arrived very quickly the next day. It's good quality and looked just as it was represented online. Love the colour and the quality is good. Very pleased with the scarf and also the speedy customer service. I would not hesitate to order from the Scarf Room again.”

“The quality of the product is excellent. The Colour of the product reflects those shown online. The only negative comment was that the product was delivered while no one was at home and had been left in a place. However, no card was left to advise that it had been delivered. The parcel was not found for 5 days.as unaware of delivery”

Can only apologise Fiona. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and it is unacceptable that they left your parcel in this way. We will note your comments and take it up with them. Kind regards

“As always the quality of the pashminas I received was exceptional. I ordered them on a Friday afternoon and received them on the Saturday morning which was brilliant. I now have at least 8 of your pashminas and they won’t be the last.”

“I needed a pashmina for a wedding and had difficulty in choosing the right colour .After ringing Scarf Room about a particular colour which they were showing out of stock on the website ,they kindly rang around their shops to see if they could find one ,ringing me back very quickly .I now have one that goes well with my outfit .The quality is very good ,delivery is very quick and the customer services team both by email and on the phone were extremely pleasant and helpful .Definitely use them again .”

“I ordered a navy pashmina for my daughter's wedding, and it is just perfect; it is beautiful and soft and the quality is excellent. I immediately ordered another one, this time in Royal Blue which is also lovely. The pashminas arrived very quickly. The video on the website showing the different ways to wear a pashmina is helpful too”
