“I bought a lovely pale lilac pashmina for my son’s wedding. Unfortunately there was a mark on it but I was able to send it back and an immediate replacement was sent. Very good communication. Would definitely recommend this product. Mrs S Theobald”

“I offered 3 pashminas to decide which couloir best suited my outfit. They arrived promptly, they are a lovely quality and having selected one I returned the other 2 and received a refund within a few days. I have been very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Thank you.”

“Brilliant company to deal with. Beautiful products - I have 4 of their lovely Italian pashminas, and I had to return one for exchange, purely because I chose the wrong colour. Their Customer Service was excellent with advice on further colour choices and returns information, which made the transaction easy. The turnaround for return and receipt of the new exchange product was 48hrs. I would highly recommend Scarf Room.”
