“I ordered a lovely Moss and black scarf. I am super delighted with it. So I have now ordered, and received, three more to give as Christmas presents. Quality is excellent, lovely and soft to the touch and a great selection of colours and designs.”

“The most wonderful service. Customers are made to feel truly valued and when the scarf arrived there was a handwritten note saying "Thanks - X" . All of which encouraged me to make an instant second purchase , this time on the phone, and was received with equally helpful enthusiasm, and delight . Well done all who work at scarf room.”

“I don't think I have ever had such speedy, efficient service from an on-line company! I ordered yesterday and received my order this morning, beautifully packaged. Gorgeous pashminas. I'm so impressed I've ordered another straightaway today. They make fabulous Christmas presents! Based on this experience, I don't hesitate to give a 5 star rating.”

“The Scarf Room website is easy to navigate with clear and uncluttered information. Proces are shown upfront alonside the article you happen to be interested in. I am not an expert in the prices of ladies accessories but the prices shown look reasonable to me. Service and delivery was efficient and speedy. The scarves I bought look to be excellently made but they are a present so I cannot give a direct opinion on this. I would be happt to shop at Scarf Room again.”
