“I spoke to a very helpful lady late on Thursday afternoon and ordered 2 pashminas. They arrived on the Saturday morning, incredibly quick service thank you. One returned straight away as the colour didn’t suit, and I was refunded within the week. Thank you for such prompt efficient service, very much appreciated”
