“Order #36097 We ordered five scarves which my wife intended to use as Christmas presents for the ladies in her walking group. We were delighted with four of the scarves which are up to the standard which we expect from your company. However one was a total disappointment- INMS Navy Metallic Scarf - which is insubstantial and flimsy. She won't be using that one as a gift.”

“I ordered 2 scarves. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Only quibble is that pictures on the website could be better. It was hard to see what the scarves were like, e.g unable to zoom in, but I am still happy with them. Would buy again”

“Ordered a pashmina less than 24 hours ago and asked if they could get it to me with in 4 days. They excelled themselves it arrived today in the lunch time post. How fantastic is that for good customer service and I only paid for the standard postage. The scarf is beautiful and true to the colour shown on the website too. Thank you Scarf room I'll be ordering more items in the near future.”
