“I am delighted with my pashmina - beautiful colour and so soft totouch. Great customer service and help with my purchase. I was sent swatches to help me choose the colour I wanted. Thank you !”

“Excellent service, prompt delivery. Love my mulberry pashmina, colour is subtle and goes with all basic colours. Considering one of your little bags to go with it, but can’t make my mind up on colour.”

“So pleased with the pashmina I ordered, when it arrived the colour didn’t quite match my dress so I sent it back and requested a different colour. The customer service was fantastic and they sent out my second choice and it is perfect. Thank you for such speedy service.”

“After searching the internet, I ordered a cobalt blue cashmere scarf, from scarf room as they had a good selection of colours, I had rang them first and they were very helpful. The Scarf which is a gift arrived on time and is extremely soft and a beautiful colour. As the scarf was a gift I asked them to send details regarding the manufacture, which they promptly did. So in conclusion I am very pleased with overall service, will be ordering another scarf.”

“First time order and certainly won’t be my last.
