Dear Genaro Thank you for your review. I have just tracked your package sent via the Royal Mail's International Tracked service which we use to ensure the safe arrival of all our international post. It is presently in Turin and is being processed for delivery. It should, therefore, be with you in Florence very shortly. I have placed the order two weeks back, I am yet to receive my parcel. I am certainly not happy with your service. May I know please when will I receive it?? Order #43780

Hello Paromita I am so sorry that you have not yet received your scarf. As advised, your parcel was sent out on 9 March, 2017 and we have proof of postage from Royal Mail to evidence this. found loose threads sticking out, didn't want to return as wouldn't have scarf on time for Christmas. Tissue obviously reused, creased and scrunched. Will mend myself. Crap.

Dear Claudia Thank you for your e-mail. It is unfortunate that you found loose threads in your scarf. We would, of course, have replaced/offered you a full refund had you contacted us directly. Concerning the other matter, under no circumstances would we ever re-use tissue paper! Indeed, you will see from the majority of other reviews that most of Scarf Room customers are exceptionally happy with the quality of their scarves and often make mention of the time and care we take with wrapping each item before it goes out. I am very sorry that you have felt the need to write such a poor review - if you had contacted us first we would have done all we could to have rectified the problem.

The scarf that I ordered and that was shipped on the 8th November still hasn't arrived. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend for her birthday which has now passed. I would ask for a refund for this item.
