“I received my pashmina and I ordered wrong colour I sent it back and reordered a different colour it’s for a wedding so iv still to wear it but the quality and colour is perfect I was reimbursed my 1st one order very prompt customer service”

“I ordered a pashmina in coral for a wedding I am going to. The quality is great, but, unfortunately the colour was not quite right. I sent it back for an exchange which arrived incredibly quickly. Beautiful fabric and a vibrant cobalt blue.”

“Excellent service arrived within a few days,unfortunately the pashmina was the wrong colour for my outfit,but this was not a problem as I ordered another colour which was perfect and returned the other for a refund which was processed within days. Would not hesitate to recommend Scarf Room to anyone.Thankyou”
