“Helpful and reliable. Had a problem with lace scarf I ordered. Marie sent me a similar replacement as one I ordered sold out. Came following day. Wasn’t right colour for my dress so sent back. Kept original order but was given discount. Thanks for all your help. Definitely will be ordering again from you.”

“Excellent. Bought 2 pashminas and 2 messenger bags to decide which ones I wanted to match with my dress. So lovely I kept them all. Flash sale brilliant so managed to get 2 bags for the price of one. I had bought pashminas at an earlier date so offer not available then.”

“I have now bought 4 different items from scarf room. The first two were presents. They came beautifully wrapped and were of really excellent quality - quite genuinely I could not fault anything. The recipients were delighted.The third items I bought in the recent buy one get one free- I bought the messenger bags. I intended to keep them for presents but again thought they were so nice have kept for myself!! Both!! In summary I have now found my present site!! Please keep the standards you have set and you’ll not lose me as a buyer.”
