“The Pashmina is elegant and practical. Very soft wool, ina a beautiful soft green. Will be ideal for my trip to Israel where I can cover my head or arms as required. It is excellent value and arrived within a few days of my order. Will not hesitate to order another in due coourse.”

“I returned a scarf weeks ago for an exchange, I had emails confirming from the scarf room that I can exchange. I have not received the exchanged scarf and I cannot get in contact with anyone, I have called there is no answer, many emails with now no response! Unfortunately I have had a bad experience. No scarf and still been charged for it!! Terrible customer service. I had great communication via email when asking about the exchange and now I have had no contact from them since I sent the scarf back for exchange!”

“I found the website just browsing and what a find. To date I have ordered and received four beautiful pashminas. The workmanship is superb. From first placing the orders to receipt was extremely quick. Upon receipt the pashminas were packed beautifully. Definitely a fantastic find and I would recommend this Company to anyone who is passionate about scarves and pashminas.”

“Perfect online shopping experience. The scarf I ordered was not available. I was emailed right away and offered either a full refund or a replacement. My alternative beautiful scarf arrived in days with a lovely note on the invoice apologising for the inconvenience. I would definitely use the Scarf room again.”
