“The scarf was a gift so I can only comment on the service from buying to receiving which was excellent. I ordered the turquoise and it is a really beautiful colour and lovely and soft.”

“Beautiful shawl in pistachio; very soft and smooth - feels luxurious. Looks as expensive as shawls costing lots more. Will be getting another one.. Quick delivery and beautifully wrapped (lovely surprise!)”

“I ordered 2 scarves and the items arrived very promptly. The contents were very nicely presented in tissue, and both the heavier scarf and the pashmina are of good quality. Very pleased.....hope the gift recipients are too!”

“The most wonderful service. Customers are made to feel truly valued and when the scarf arrived there was a handwritten note saying "Thanks - X" . All of which encouraged me to make an instant second purchase , this time on the phone, and was received with equally helpful enthusiasm, and delight . Well done all who work at scarf room.”

“I needed a Christmas present for my Grandsons young lady so decided to buy a blanket scarf. I was impressed with the selection at the Scarf Room and the price, so ordered a two tone orange and grey scarf. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, and the quality of the scarf delivered. I am sure that she will be very pleased when she receives it.”
