“Was very taken with the prompt and attentive customer service given by Scarf Room. Their colour matching service meant me speaking initially to Brenda on the phone, followed by an exchange of emails, all of which allowed me to purchase with confidence (for a wedding). Finally, when I returned one item, a refund was given with impressive speed! Scarf Room comes across as a very professional (and accessible) small company. Thank you.”
