Ordered ATX MSI motherboard on-line but collected at store, took it back next day as I needed a micro ATX to fit my case (pays to have the correct information beforehand LOL), staff very helpful and refunded my money straight away, offered advice on correct board required and came away happy with my new purchase. Competitive pricing and ability to collect same day very useful

I ordered a new HOTAS stick, throttle and pedals. The order was placed at 6pm and the item was delivered next day by 3pm. I had emails at each step of the process to let me know what was happening with my order. The items were well packaged and the price was the best I could find anywhere. Overall, really well pleased and I will definitely be using them again.

Ordered a high end computer from Scan Computers that delivered to the lobby of the building instead of your door, and within minutes stolen. Scan computers claim to have investigated with DPD company, and even though video security camera evidence were provided, claimed responsibility was with the customer. Taking currently legal actions

I ordered an Andoid TV box before Christmas as I had many house guests. The box from Scam arrived but did not work. I returned it fast and they acknowledged it was faulty. Unfortunately Christamas was vover by the time they dealt with the return. They, in their wisdom, did not ask me but sent me a relacement box. Bearin g in mind Christmas was over, my house guests had gone home and I had already stated that I wanted a refund. These jokers sent me a replacement Andoid box ! I received a text message from their courier DPD telling me what time to expect delivery of this redundant package. I texted Scam again and the delivery did not take place. I texted Scam asking when I could expect my refund only to be told that the unit that I had not ordered was being returned to them and no refund could be processed until their courier delivered their package back to them. I would really like to meet the diectors of this company on a golf course where I could really demonstrate my disgust at their company policy. RMA606145 is the RMA that reveals the full extent of their incompetence

scan.co.uk more like scam.co.uk, so i purchased pc on scan.co.uk, i spent 2099£ on my build, i waited over 2 months for my delivery and when i finaly got it i notice that gpu was missing (rtx 3080) so i contacted customer service immediately but they told me there is nothing they can do about this situation. avoid at all cost !

Experience was shockingly bad. Poor service. Changed their mind about giving me a price match refund after contacting their customer service. This was minutes later after being told i was legible, due to Amazon being considerably cheaper. I now have to return the order, and reorder it again when its cheaper at Scan, which will be in 2 days time anyway! What a joke. Instead of letting me keep the item which I only received yesterday, and refund me the difference now? Makes zero sense and they have an awful processing system in place if this is the only way. Would have saved a lot of hassle and retained a customer! It was cheaper on Amazon so I will not be using Scan for anything again if this is how they deal with customers. Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend using this place.

These guys are the worst when coming to refunds. They have exchanged one faulty product, but when I have requested the replacement product to be refunded as it was faulty as well and failing just like the first product, they have said that the second product was damaged by me when they received it and refused to issue the refund. They were insisting on me to sign a return policy so they can return the product to the manufacturer, but saying that since the product is physically damaged, the manufacturer will most likely void the warranty. BUT THEY WERE INSISTING TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEM REGARDLESS. Makes no sense, right? They were claiming that are the best at customer service, but one of their managers (Amanda Savage) has been dealing with my query, quite frankly, in a savage way. At first they have issued blurry photos where you cannot see the PCI card, but only the metallic bracket being damaged. When questioned, they have issued again some photos, these time clearer than the first ones, but again the product and the serial number on the card not fully visible. Very dodgy! I have finally agreed with them to return the faulty product to me so I can investigate the damage, and I was shocked of what I've seen. The bracket seemed deliberately bent with a screwdriver or a long nose pliers in a very hard way. I will proceed with a full legal complaint against them and will FIGHT UNTIL I'LL GET MY MONEY BACK. I have purchased over the years more than £5,000 worth of components from them and have worked both full time and privately as PC builder and assembled over the years dozens of computers. NEVER DAMAGED NOT EVEN A SINGLE PART. Not even as a rookie. MY ADVICE: if you return a product to them, make a full video of how the product is packed, then boxed, and keep it aside just in case. I guarantee they will play this game with you too. My order number was 3532533953 and the return RMA number 594325 (just so they know this is a legitimate review with a legitimate complaint).

Bought a case from them, the case presented as good for large storage with like 18x HDD, but you need to buy brackets separately, which are out of stock in the entire world, which made it impossible for me to finish the urgent PC build, left a 1 star review for this and they refused to publish the review as it "did not meet all our website guidelines" meanwhile the product has only two 5 star reviews, we all know what's going on there. Because of that I have no other choice but to pull a Karen on them and rate 1 star where they can't control it.

Save your money and shop else where Not even going to put full story here, but 4 weeks 25+ calls and best of all is when they say they going to call you back and get nothing!!! lack of communication internaly aswell, seems unless your buying watercooled prouduct or play for a premier league club you get reduced service, Shop Where Your Going To Be Appricated..... oh and maybe change the last letter of your name from N to M

An NVidia 3080 appeared on their site this mroning, available for purchase. I tried 3 times to purchase the card and each time complained ( after my bank had approved the payment ) that the purchase had been declined. I tried 3 times I therefore tried to call them, but after 15 mintues, the card became unavailable, I gave up, hung up the phone and wrote this review. A complete waste of time and effort on everyones behalf.

Wanted to purchase a NVIDIA 3080 Founder Edition. Waited for a drop daily and finally got the chance to add in basket after a long time as wanting to upgrade from 3070 (since that is what i am able to get last time). Payment Denied and luckily second time added to basket and still payment denied. Spoke to SCAN, advised since i have purchase a 3070 before, i am not allowed to purchase a 3080 (or any 30series except 3090 which was expensive) as per NVIDIA terms and condition according to them. Ask customer support to send a copy of the terms of condition limiting one 30series per household as nothing on their SCAN and NVIDIA website saying about this, but they are unable to find it and was advised to take their word for it. Few friends was able to purchase two 30series on their same account successfully. Asked to speak to management and apparently they are busy and again was advised to take their word for it. Sort your s_ as you wasted my time as i have been monitoring and waiting to get a 3080 and the moment I could, I'm not able to because of "Terms and Condition" from "NVIDIA" which you are not able to provide a copy and you would want me to take your word for it. Great company policy by the way. Just take my word for it...

Everything about ordering from Scan is great until you actually expect to get the items you paid for on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Literally never happens. Unfortunately this is the core basis of an online ordering company. Their stock management is a joke. They will sell you things as in stock with next day delivery and then email you casually to say your order has been delayed. Their customer service is impossible to get a hold of with hours of wait times both on the phone and on live chat. Even when you do get a hold of them their answer is always "Well you can just cancel your order then." Just order from Amazon if you want your items on time.

Beware! They take your money and do nothing! Took my money, promised delivery well before Christmas, then NOTHING! Had to explain to an eleven-year-old why no Christmas present! I have sent half a dozen emails, tried calling, tried the “live chat” for 3 hours, timed out, no response whatever, But they are still taking people’s money and promising next day delivery for the Screen I ordered! They are too busy to help but absolutely able to take people’s money!!! Gregg Berger UPDATE 01/01/21 Still not received any communication from Scan apart from automated reply’s. I eventually had to sit on their “Live Chat” for THREE and a HALF hours to get a response. The response was “Oh sorry we are out of stock of those screens” Then “Oh and we have nothing suitable as an alternative” To recap, I bought this monitor for my son’s Christmas present on the 21st of December with a definite delivery date before Christmas. This monitor was being offered for sale on the Scan website until at least the 28th. Update 13/01/2021 After asking Scan what my options were, they cancelled my order without confirmation from me. Then a few days later the same display is back in stock but at £60 more. I contacted Scan asking if they would now fulfil my order (obviously paying them again). They replied that they would be happy to fulfil my order at the new price of £359.95, £60 more! When I explained that I had placed the order at the old price, which they had cancelled without asking me and had ruined our Christmas they said, nothing they could do. So it appears that Scan had maybe priced the display at too keen a price and when they realised they could make more money, cancelled the orders for the lower price and then sold them for a greater profit.

The only retailer I know that takes your money before dispatching your goods. If something is not in stock or they run out of stock, then they have your money and you have no goods. If you decide to cancel its 5 days before they give you your money back, this seems a tactic to try and stop you from cancelling. This is really poor and something no other retailer i know of does. Lately just look at the number of one star reviews around about scan, my advice shop else where,
