“From my initial enquiry to SSL to the final delivery and erecting by myself this weekend, SSL have been first class. Rob was the contact at SSL who quoted and re-quoted my requirements as they changed with speed and accuracy , that you rarely see in business theses days. He went on to arrange delivery at a convenient time for me and called the night before just to make sure all the arrangement's we still ok, and delivery could take place. On the day of delivery, as I was advised, 30 min before arrival, the Diver rang me to talk through the address location. Finally about the delivery driver himself , Didn't catch his name (sorry), but came from the Skegness area. A more helpful, professional, polite individual you would not want to meet, he was a fantastic representative to the company. He also considered the safe unloading of the vehicle to be of the highest priority, undertaking a quick but efficient risk assessment of the area we intended to use for unloading. 5 STAR AND WELL DESERVED”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are somewhat surprised that you feel that we didn't offer any help. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and going that extra mile to resolve any concerns our customers raise. Following your phone call concerning the overall length of the netting you purchased, we unpackaged a new roll of debris netting, the same size and from the same supplier and two members of staff unrolled the whole roll and measured to confirm that it does in fact cover an area of 50m x 2m. A member of our team contacted you to explain this in detail and pointed out that to cut the netting into two equal halves we would advise unrolling the whole roll and folding in half to cut. We understand that you and your friend do not have equal lengths of netting due to the way this has been cut, so as a gesture of goodwill we will offer 10% discount off the cost of one 50m x 2m roll of debris netting on a future purchase.
