“Goods ordering was perfect. Delivery was hopeless thanks to the failure of the particular courier. It's a long story but every attempt made by Rob at Scaffolding Supplies to sort it out, including sending replacements and trying to track the parcel over time. I do now have the goods. Given the courier costs were more than the items supplied and there was no profit in this for SS, I'd say this was an absolutely exceptional level of service. They aren't products I'd normally need but I'd go back to SS every time and recommend them to others.”

“I had a query that was obviously naïve given that my knowledge of scaffolding matters could be written on the back of a postage stamp.
