Good morning Josh, I have looked into your order and can see you ordered the Short Impact Driver Sockets, the product description states they are 52mm in length and the socket size is 21mm. I was disappointed that it took a week to send 2 rolls of debris fence which put back a job Maybe you should inform customers how long deliveries will take.

Good afternoon Steve, I am sorry to see you are disappointed in the service you have received. We inform our customers of the lead time on the home page of our website and in the email order confirmation. A confirmation was sent via email at 19:29 following your order which was placed at 19:28 on the 10/09/24. In the email, we specifically advised “We are dispatching most orders within 5-7 working days. If you require your items urgently/for a specific day, please call 0151 678 7997 after your order is placed so that we can do our best to accommodate you”. The same is on the home page of our website. I have checked the tracking of the order and can see it was delivered on the 6th working day. Excellent product, very poor delivery The bags are excellent for garden waste, including plants with thorns or spikes. Having handles makes them easy to move around, even when full. I would recommend them, especially for dealing with hedge cutting which can create more waste than the council bin can hold. Delivery was appalling. Inaccurate communication by the courier. Delivered to the wrong address. The courier company did not reply to my enquiry. Fortunately someone who lives in the same road, but not nearby, had the parcel left on their drive and they took the trouble to bring it to me.

Always been really happy with the products and the warehouse staff are always very helpful. Where I feel the service lacks is the ordering and the click and collect. Its all far too slow and hasn't returned to a smooth service since Covid. Having used the service for many years it feels like the staff on the phones (sales) don't want to sell everything it a big inconvenience. Its a shame as the products are great warehouse staff really helpful.

Although we are as busy as ever, we try our best to get you booked in to collect on your preferred day at a time that suits you best. As we book collections in specific timeslots to mitigate waiting times and crossover with HGV’s coming in and out of the yard, we may not always have the preferred timeslot available, however, we do aim to come as close to it as we can. The raised beds look substantial and good quality. Delta made arrangements for delivery but the company were hopeless. I had 4 missed slots. They did deliver in the end but considering I paid £175 for delivery I am not impressed. This reflects on Delta. I have not been offered a full or part refund of delivery so far. I am waiting to be informed. However if Delta use this company again it will deter me from a repeat order. The delivery company were not sympathetic and said logistics is a complicated business so I don’t think they will refund any delivery charge

Was a bit disappointed as a galvanised tube came with rust on it , Didn't have time to change it needed to get a job completed, only saving grace was I needed to paint it so it was protected from further rust

I’m sorry the tube received wasn’t in the best condition, we don’t expect our customers to receive goods in poor condition and will always aim to rectify any issue that arises. Had we been contacted and the problem highlighted, we would have replaced the tube immediately to ensure it was rust-free but unfortunately we were not given this opportunity. We specify “Most orders” as sometimes there are further delays with deliveries at peak times, such as springtime with timber orders like yours. Hi Ray, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and can see that it was placed on 04/01/23, and we shipped it within 2 working days on 06/01/23. This was then delivered the following working day on 09/01/23. Our website states that all orders are being despatched in 3-5 working days, so we actually shipped this order quicker than advised. Hi Ron, Thank you for your review. I apologise you were not happy with the goods you received. Can you please contact us on 01516787997, or email us at sales@deltagb.com, with the exact measurement of the boards you received? The boards should have been exactly 1200mm and 1800mm, as shown on our website, and we have no other sizes that are close to that available. With regards to the split board, I can see no correspondence from you on our system to advise of this. If you had contacted us with a photo of the split board, we would have been more than happy to issue you a refund or a replacement etc. Many thanks, Delta

The end product was absolutely excellent but wasn't informed my order was on its way, only half was delivered and then when the remainder arrived again wasn't informed it was coming despite chasing for a while. The delivery driver just left it all on the driveway only by chance noticed it was there and didn't even ring the doorbell!!!

Hi Paul, Thank you for your review and for the kind words you say about our products. Your order left our warehouse on the 2nd of May 2022. This was sent to you on an overnight delivery and according to the couriers tracking system, was delivered to you the next day. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure that all consignments are delivered as a whole, this sometimes is not the case and consignments can, at times be split by the courier; this is rare and the courier does not inform us if the order is split. All of our customers receive an email from us advising that the goods have left our warehouse. This would have been sent to the email you gave to us; sometimes this can slip into spam. When we engage with the courier, we ask them to call, text and or email customers to let them know when the goods are being delivered and this should have happened. There good but the timber i got had a few knots with chunks missing a one bored with a massive chunk missing out the middle

Hi Jordan, Our boards are of the highest quality and knots are an aspect of rough-cut wood. However, the damaged boards are unacceptable and this will be down to the couriers; all boards are quality assured when they arrive at our warehouse from the mill. Our customer services are very proactive. We pride ourselves on helping customers with issues. A phone call to us would have resulted in replacement boards being sent out immediately. I ordered a 4x3 metre clear tarpaulin sheet from Scaffolding Direct. I checked the sheet upon receiving and wasn't impressed with quality. It doesn't look to be for heavy dutyI as it's supposed to be, and it's 40mm short in the length. I didn't measure the width but I'm sure that will also be short. Also the eyelets should be 1/2 metre spacing not 1metre! I have since found a much better product. I'm very disappointed overall with the quality of the material.

We highlight as much about our products as possible via our website as per below: “Please note that measurements are of the cut of tarpaulin before they are hemmed and finished. This may result in slight variances in the final size of the tarpaulin.” Eyelets Every 1m and at the corners We like to consider ourselves a very responsive and transparent company to all of our clients. If you had contacted us regarding your tarpaulin we would have come to an agreeable solution. For example; the item you ordered is classed as heavy duty with a GSM of 170. We could have pointed out our Super Heavy tarpaulin with a GSM of 270 which may have suited your needs. Great products fully tantalized raised bed kits, not cheap but hopefully will last years. As an extra protection I'm spraying them with Tiger kit protection they are going to take some time to install, well into the Autumn. My only quibble is the eye wateringly expensive delivery cost hence three stars, they really need to use someone like pallet line far cheaper I have fire wood delivered in bulk the the company manages that free of charge.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that you are happy with the bed kits you have ordered. With regards to the delivery charge, we do not have our own vans and so use couriers to deliver our goods. When you are ordering nearly 500kg of timber at 8ft in length, this delivery cost can get a bit high. There is no such thing as a free delivery, any company that offers a “free” delivery has built the delivery cost into the cost of the goods. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we do not hide the delivery cost into the cost of the items. This helps us to be more transparent with our pricing, and to keep the price of our products low. The courier that we use, in fact, is actually on the lower end of cost compared to other pallet couriers. After purchasing 2 plastic sheet cutters for approx £2 each and needing them urgently we decided to pay the £9 postage, expecting them to arrive by next day courier, but they were posted out by first class post in a normal envelope which certainly didn’t cost £9 for p&p, and arrived too late for when I needed them.. sadly, not great service and very over priced

Hi John, Thank you for your review. I am afraid that we do not offer a next day delivery as standard on our website. If you give us a call when the order is placed then we can usually expedite an order for you to ensure it meets any deadline you may have, but we would need to be made aware. As I am sure you are aware, there is a courier crisis nationwide due to a shortage of drivers, therefore it is nigh on impossible to guarantee any delivery slot at present. We can certainly refund your delivery charge due to the method that was used for delivery, I will pass this onto our accounts department to do today. Thanks, Ben
