“Ordered 5 5ft boards for a DIY computer desk project. Boards arrived 4 days later. Over all the boards were exactly what i was looking for and were in good condition. Only grumble, it that 4 of the boards had very noticeable 3 mm step in the middle on each side where it had either been cut or sent through a thicknesser.”

Hi Andrew I'm sorry that you are not happy but according to the tracking I can see delivery was attempted at 17.39 on Saturday, but nobody was available to sign. At 18.49, a request was made for delivery to the local pick up shop, which was done yesterday and goods subsequently picked up at 16.13 Sunday afternoon.
