“Ordered and paid no correspondence to say they were going to be late with delivery. I emailed and was told they were waiting new stock. I then get an email from delivery company this morning to say the order was been delivered today. No prior notice. Luckily I was at home today. Lack of communication from day one”

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for your review. At the time of you placing your order, both the item image and description on the website, stated that the timber was available only as a pre order for delivery in February. As soon as the timber was delivered to us we did then start processing the large backlog of pre bought timber orders, yours being one of the first. As soon as we booked this delivery in with our courier you should have received an automatic email from them advising a delivery date. “Excellent turn around with the ordered on a Sunday, processed on Monday delivered Tuesday! Quality of the clamps was good for my application which was to connect and secure Round pen panels. Perfect size to clamp the round Round pen panels framework. The panels came with chains which annoyed me from when I erected it because it was not exactly stable.”
