“Purchased a roll of clear reiforced scaffolding protection sheeting. Actually purchased for making covered raised beds in my garden ( effectively greenhouse type sheeting) . The product seeems excellent - though early days yet. Customer services friendly, knowledgable and very good when I made my enquiry. Delivery arrangements fautless - prompt and the delivery man polite and helpful. Overall a top class experience. Would thoroughly recommend the company.”

“Massively disappointed. Have purchased rubble bags in the past and have been really good and the description now says bags are now in rolls . To be honest I’ve had better bags for my house hold rubbish from Tescos . Trying to clear rubbish from site had been a disaster.”

Good morning Joe, Sorry for the delay in replying to your review, we have been investigating this issue. Unfortunately, we have been let down on the quality of the refuse sacks by our supplier which is unacceptable. As it stands, we do not have an alternative refuse sack to supply so I will be issuing a full refund including delivery charges. You have referenced a previous purchase of rubble bags whereas these are refuse sacks, and although there is a quality issue with the refuse sacks, they are always going to be a thinner bag in comparison and are not suitable for rubble. “I asked you to let me know day and time of delivery and I did not receive a message to say you were going to deliver .luckily the caretaker was there or it would have been left outside I am happy with purchase but not with service.”

Hi Mary I’m sorry you are unhappy with the service provided. We did pass your mobile number to the courier for them to send you a notification of delivery, I am sorry this did not happen. We did advise the courier that you had no safe place for the goods to be left, as per your instructions, however, I am glad to hear the caretaker was able to sign for your delivery.
