Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the wait on your order. I can see that we despatched your order 6 working days after you placed it, actually beating the time advertised on our website of 7-10 working days. Your order confirmation also stated that we would despatch the order in 7-10 working days, and to give us a call if you required it sooner than that. However, I cannot find any record of you calling to expedite your order at all. Once despatched your order was delivered the following working day. “Great service for a big order! Speedy delivery (due to urgency). Great site for budget preparation and execution. New bits were perfect. Used material came in good state. Very professional phone and mail assistance. Just a note: Some of the prices in the site are tricky to figure out. One should check the price/amount before making a budget because it can be misleading.”

“My raised bed kits arrived yesterday without much delay from covid. They are great quality & went together really well. Communication was great, as well as the service helping to off load from the courier. If you want great value raised beds order from these guys.”

“Good product, easy ordering process, advance notice of delivery. One slight issue - I knew I was going to be away so I clearly stated for the package to be placed on a bin beside my garage. On returning I found the package on my front doorstep, albeit largely hidden by pot plants.”

“Product was delivered on time as promised and as described. Price was excellent but, understandably due to its weight, the postage was higher than the low cost of the product. But would certainly use Scaffolding Direct again.”

Hi Rhys, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the wait on your order. I can see that we did email you shortly after placing the order to advise that there would be a delay. This was due to a nationwide timber shortage, as a result of several large mills being closed over the lockdown period. The timber did arrive on the advised date, and we shipped your order within 3 working days of the timber arriving. I can see that the goods were delivered the following working day of them being despatched.
