Excellent company to deal with. The product (Veg bed brackets) were delivered on time, nicely wrapped, and are exactly as described. They are a terrific product and sold at a very good price. The only people I could find who did 1.8 m scaffold boards so ordered 2. Delivery was very prompt. Definitely would use them again

Good value and first order was sent out in under a week but my first order got delivered to the wrong adress (courier was given the wrong address). The staff at scaffolding direct were quick to rectify that and I did get my delivery that day. Figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt so placed a second order placed 2 weeks ago and I have received no communication from scaffolding direct since my order confirmation. I emailed them today asking for an update but Instead received an email asking if I would write a review. I would have given them 1 star due to the mistake with the first order and with the delay to my second order. In all fairness though when I called them about the mistake in the first order the staff were very helpful and quick to find a solution.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your review. Looking at your first order, it looks like a digit was missed on the address on the delivery label. We apologise for the mistake on this, but as you have advised we did rectify this as soon as it was brought to our attention. With regards to your second order, this will be despatched today (21/10/20) with our courier. Our website does state that due to the current COVID situation, orders are being despatched in 7-10 working days, today being the 10th day. Your order confirmation also states that if the goods are required sooner than this, then all you need to do is give us a quick call, and we can speed this up for you. I have searched through our emails, but I cannot find anything from you regarding this second order, only emails relating to the first order. First time I’ve used Scaffolding Direct but found there service helpful. Delivery was as said but a bit annoyed at the price that I had to pay, the price on line stated that it included vat but I was charged vat again . Not a happy bunny about that.

Scaffolding good order placed to delivery of goods appalling ordered certain items however items sold separately not stated in picture so had to re order clamps when looked online to buy more product details changed. Ordered on 9th Oct still no delivery of goods

Hi Aron, Thank you for your review. I can see that on this order, and your previous order, you have purchased 148D’s. The image for these items clearly state that it shows two of the items in use. This image has been in use on the website for approximately 3+ years. Your order was despatched on 20/10/20, which is 7 working days after your order was placed. This is within the lead-time that is shown on our website, and your order confirmation. Your order confirmation also stated that if you require the goods any sooner, all you need to do is give us a call to let us know, and we could speed it up for you. Excellent service and product Delivered on time and well made. Cladded perfectly to dimensions provided, should be quick to assemble every winter and forms a greenhouse for 23" Palms.

At the moment we have not received our purchase. We were told it was going to be delayed and it will arrive in the depot on the 16th Oct. We have not heard anything as to whether we are going to receive it or not. It would be great if someone could let us know whether we are going to receive our raised beds or if I have to go elsewhere and buy them. Thanks. Please can you let me know ASAP.
