“Great service, placed order on line on Saturday, rang Monday morning to check when I could pick up, was there 2pm same day. 👍🏻 Really happy with the product I purchased, handrail and fixings, I now have a really sturdy made to measure shelving unit in my garage.”

Hi Bill, Thank you for your review. Our website, and your order confirmation, state that orders are being despatched in 7-10 working days and to give us a call if you need it sooner. I can see that as soon as you did call us, we despatched your order, and the order was delivered the following working day. You should have received an email from us and from the courier. Please double check your junk folders, as these emails can end up in there. If you had provided a mobile number, the courier would have texted you on the day of delivery as well. “I ordered on the 13th and I received my order on the 29th. It was a very small order, just one tube and I paid 2x more for the shipping than for the tube. It's ok I don't mind, but don't say it's 5 days before shipping I even sent an email on the 25th to ask what's happening with my order and you didn't answer.. I can't imagine ordering a whole set of tubes if it's already more than 2 weeks for a single tube. The packaging was... Just some tape with the address in an enveloppe wrapped around the tube. I don't think more than 2 weeks was necessary for that. I'll give 2 stars because the tube in itself is good quality, price correct, but the service is bad.”

“Product came as expected. Delivery was a bit much, but wagons tend to cost to be fair. The total came up cheaper than most other websites I found. Service on the phone was quick and concise; friendly people too. Would recommend - particularly for larger orders since I believe the delivery is mostly based around the vehicle rather than the amount of poles or boards.”
