“I purchased a couple of raised bed kits from scaffolding direct. The product arrived very quickly with all the parts included. Packaging was good and the delivery firm used were happy to place the kits in my back garden. 5 star service.”

Hi Ray, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and can see that it was placed on 04/01/23, and we shipped it within 2 working days on 06/01/23. This was then delivered the following working day on 09/01/23. Our website states that all orders are being despatched in 3-5 working days, so we actually shipped this order quicker than advised. “I would definitely NOT reccomend this product; its supposed to be water proof but leaks and drips when up outdoors. A very disappointing product. I really wish i could get my money back on this as i dont have cash to waste.”

I have searched throughout system, however I can see no communication from yourself to advise of this issue prior to your review.
