Hi Tim, Thank you for your review. I apologise for the way in which this item was delivered. I don’t have any record of you calling/emailing after the goods were received. If we are advised of issues like a bent plate etc. then we can usually rectify it by sending replacements, or any other remedy that is required. With regards to the wire on the pin, this can be removed from the prop entirely, or swapped for a chain. It is just there to ensure the pin is not lost. “The Service from scaffolding direct was amazing. The boards are clean, in great condition. A small amount of sanding and they will make great shelves. The price with delivery was more than competitive and they were left where I asked. Also arrived within a few days. I would use this company again.”
