“We use Delta Services for scaffolding and custom made steel fabrication. Our orders are made precisely to our specifications and delivered on time, sometimes at very short notice. “Very efficient ordering service and prompt delivery. Discount applied in response to sending in a picture of a previous project. Timber (untreated scaffold boards) was just what I needed for a raised-bed garden system. Slightly disappointed that some of the timber is rather damp, which is problematic for applying plant-friendly linseed oil for water-proofing. But that may be inevitable for timber stored outside, and dried timber would cost much more.”

“Boards for raised beds were delivered promptly and without problems. But the shorter 1.2m boards were 6mm to 10mm wider than the longer 3m boards, so when I assembled them - I got gaps down the length of the beds. I will now have to line the beds to stop the soil coming out.”

“Best price I could find for New Scaffold boards and all excellent condition (Unlike ones I previously purchased from a large chain) I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that asks. The only advice I would give them is to notify customers when the delivery is due. Maybe this can be arranged with the courier. But it didn't have a negative effect on my experience.”

The damage must have been caused during transit as we do not send out damaged materials, only in circumstances where the product has been listed as ‘Seconds’ would we send out damaged products but at a heavily discounted rate. If you had contacted us at the time we would have resolved this matter immediately by sending urgent replacements. If you would like us to rectify this, please contact us on 0151 678 7997 or alternatively send an email to sales@deltagb.com. We do not have our own fleet of vehicles and therefore rely on couriers to ship our goods, the price you paid for carriage is their charge passed on to you. We elect not to build the cost of carriage into the cost of the items as we believe showing the prices separately promotes transparency. The shipping price is shown in the basket view once you use our carriage calculation facility and in the checkout view before paying for the order.
