Very poor quality. Stated I had to pay delivery again to return. Not satisfied the netting I bought would be officially passed as debris netting. Had to sell on Facebook to get some money back. A scaffolder also was disgusted at what was being sold as scaffold netting. Was not fit for purpose. Luckily my friend gave me some from an ex job.

Hi Cheryl Thank you for your feedback. We do sell other gsm netting i.e. 60gsm. Our netting is one of our top selling products, and we have always had excellent feedback both from gardening customers and scaffold/construction customers. Unfortunately we were unaware of the purpose of the netting order. If you would have called our customer services before ordering, they would have been happy to advise you on the gsm depending on use. When my order was delivered they left it outside my house without bothering to ring my doorbell. I didn’t discover my order till the next day. The actual delivery was missing items. I emailed them to kept them know about my missing items and nobody replied. AVOID.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delivery issues, we use third party couriers, so would be unsure whether the driver knocked, or if there was no one available at the time of the delivery, etc. With regards to the missing corner bracket kits, these would usually be underneath the tape on the ends of the boards. They are packed this way to protect them during transit. I have emailed you directly with further information regarding this. I apologise that you have not had a response to your email. Due to the Covid situation we have been short staffed, whilst having much larger order volumes. Therefore we have been a bit delayed in responding to incoming enquiries. Unable to provide a positive comment at present due to not yet received an order (as of today - 15th December 2020), order was submitted on 25th November 2020. Emailed several times and received no response.

Very slow delivery compared to metal store you took 2 weeks to deliver some brackets they are next day

Your order was despatched within this timeframe. Both the website and your order confirmation also state that if you require your goods sooner, to give us a call and we can expedite your delivery. Scaffolding good order placed to delivery of goods appalling ordered certain items however items sold separately not stated in picture so had to re order clamps when looked online to buy more product details changed. Ordered on 9th Oct still no delivery of goods

Hi Aron, Thank you for your review. I can see that on this order, and your previous order, you have purchased 148D’s. The image for these items clearly state that it shows two of the items in use. This image has been in use on the website for approximately 3+ years. Your order was despatched on 20/10/20, which is 7 working days after your order was placed. This is within the lead-time that is shown on our website, and your order confirmation. Your order confirmation also stated that if you require the goods any sooner, all you need to do is give us a call to let us know, and we could speed it up for you. At the moment we have not received our purchase. We were told it was going to be delayed and it will arrive in the depot on the 16th Oct. We have not heard anything as to whether we are going to receive it or not. It would be great if someone could let us know whether we are going to receive our raised beds or if I have to go elsewhere and buy them. Thanks. Please can you let me know ASAP.

Poor service, order items but when called to ask where it was I was told it hadn’t been delivered and they couldn’t suggest when it might arrive with them, and then shipped on to me.

Member received my order I got a paypal refund that I wasn't expecting, because at no time did I receive any communication that this was happening.. If the order couldntbe fulfilledit shouldn't have been accepted

I can’t write a review about the product as it has not been delivered. Got confirmation from the courier company it will be delivered Friday 3rd January between 8.00 and 18.00 so waited in all day and nothing. Looks as though still sat at Heathrow depo.

I'm normally very impressed with Scaffolding Direct, but this time things didn't go well. I ordered 150 13' scaff boards and I asked for them to be as dry as possible. I was told that they couldn't promise that they would be completely dry, which is fair enough, but when they arrived, every single board was so wet it was like they had been stored in a swimming pool. We've had to put our project on hold for 2 weeks as they dry out now.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review. There are a number of reasons why we can’t guarantee how dry the scaffold boards will be, particularly during this time of year. They are delivered to us direct from the mill, who store all of their timber outdoors. Once it has been delivered to us, we usually try and keep up to 100 boards of each size inside our warehouse, and any overspill is kept outside in our yard. The demand we have for timber on any given week will determine how long that timber is actually stored inside. Once the boards have been despatched with our couriers, there is no guarantee where they will store the goods at their depots and sortation hubs. I apologise that the goods were not delivered to your expectations, however you were advised of all of this at the time of order. Wet wood planks (two turned up not three that were ordered) different parts missing from delivery. We have just moved house and counted on this for clothes storage. Very very disappointed- this is added stress that isn’t needed for such a simple order

Hi David, Thank you for your review. With regards to the timber being wet, we are unable to guarantee the dryness of boards as they come in to us from a timber merchants where they are kept outdoors. When they are delivered to us, we usually keep about 100 inside our warehouse, and any overspill is kept in our yard. Once couriers collect the goods, to be shipped to yourself, there is no guarantee of where they are stored at the depots/hubs etc. At no stage are the boards kiln dried. With regards to the missing components, upon investigation of the original paperwork, it looks like the components were worked out incorrectly. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this confusion. If the goods had been checked upon receipt on the 6th, we could have sent out the missing items for delivery on the 7th/8th. I will email you with further information regarding the missing items, and when we can deliver them, today. Again, I apologise for the mistake.
