“There was a problem as part of the Order was not delivered ... A telephone call revealed that the problem was with the Delivery Department and that the Goods had gone astray. The Customer Services Team quickly arranged for the Goods to be delivered. Thank You.”

“Did exactly as promised. The ordering process is simple. It arrived on the 7th working day after ordering (the estimate was 7-10 working days.) What's not to like?”

“Product was delivered in good condition and there are no complaints. Main issue was the lack of notice for the delivery. We understood we would have 24th notice. We had a message from delivery firm at 6am in the morning which we didn't see till a call from the driver 10 mins away. As we were having our drive dug up because of an emergency electricity fault it proved a bad day for this delivery. Can I suggest 2 days notice for delivery of such items in future.”

“Ordered a scaffold pole specifically to be used as a curtain pole. I specified the length and it was delivered perfectly - exact length and the fittings supplied to be put up. It is perfect and I love it. No issues with delivery and was quick.”
