“Scaffolding Direct gave excellent personal telephone service even during Coronvirus lockdown. Exactly what we ordered arrived in 2 parts which was a little disturbing but that was a courier logistic problem.”

“Very easy to order from. Website is very well laid out so no problems in finding what you need. Delivery service is great as you have the option of leaving a message for the driver to leave your order somewhere if your not going to be home. In a nut shell this company great to deal with.”

“We purchased some netting for our allotment. The website was easy to navigate, the netting was reasonably priced. The item arrived quickly and is of good quality. It is now being used to protect all of our brassicas. Would definitely use Scaffolding Direct again when we need more netting.”

“Although the costs and delivery were good the products are not so good, I purchased 3 Acrow Props and the pin holes are drilled wrong so don't line up on any of them. Very disappointed”

“I placed my order on 22 February 2021, and was given an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. It is now 15 March 2021 (21 days since ordering) and I have yet to receive my order. The representative on the phone was unhelpful and unable to provide any update as to when my order might be received. I am very dissatisfied with the service on this occasion.”

Hi Alison, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the late response. You had placed an order for tanalised timber, for which at the point of order, there was a nationwide shortage. We had unfortunately been suffering delays from the timber mill, therefore we did not want to give you a guaranteed date when you had called. However this has largely been rectified now, and we are holding plenty of stock. I can see that we shipped your order on 15/03/21, and this was delivered on 16/03/21. “They emailed me to advise of a delay which I couldn't afford so I called them. They were very friendly and polite and I received a full refund within two days. Have used before and will again!”
