Hi Susan, Thank you very much for your review. Just a quick note about the delivery charge. We do not have our own vans, and so ship all of our order via courier. And we simply charge the customer what the courier charge us. Unlike a lot of our competitors we do not build delivery into the cost of the goods, we are more open with our charges. Based on the size and weight of your order (multiple timber boards), the delivery charge quoted was actually rather reasonable, compared to other couriers who would either refuse the items or charge a premium. “Ordered some materials needed for a job ASAP. Website advised could be a delay with delivery. One phone call later and a very helpful gentleman in the office arranged for the delivery to sent so I got it next day. Very good service would recommend”
