We normally get orders out within 2 days, but alas we have experienced a wave of sickness throughout the company so this has impacted us somewhat. Hi Jordan, Our boards are of the highest quality and knots are an aspect of rough-cut wood. However, the damaged boards are unacceptable and this will be down to the couriers; all boards are quality assured when they arrive at our warehouse from the mill. Our customer services are very proactive. We pride ourselves on helping customers with issues. A phone call to us would have resulted in replacement boards being sent out immediately. “Good service and delivery, raised border kits made it easy as all cut to size. Only one disappointing thing is one of the 2.4m lengths has warped quite badly once installed may have to source another if it gets any worse otherwise the timber seems of good quality.”

“Good strong raised beds, go together well my only criticism would be you don’t provide enough screws. I was sent 4 boxes of screws for the 16 raised beds I ordered, so far I’ve put 6 of them together and am into the 3rd box. Apart from that spot on.”
