“Ordered Scaffold Base Plates with rounded corners and 2 holes, but plate arrived with sharp corners and no holes. These are important features to us.”

We have very recently changed to an alternate manufacturer for this item, and unfortunately the details on our website were not changed in time, before your order was placed. “Good product; 6ft treated boards used for outside shelving and raised plant beds. Had asked on order to be notified by phone about a delivery date and within 24 hours of placing order a delightful young lady phoned to say delivery would be the following day. Great customer service.”

“Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had with an online purchase. Had to change my order last minute as slightly changed the design of the walk-in wardrobe we were building. They accommodated this quickly and with no fuss. Also mentioned we were hoping to get the order fairly soon to crack on building it. The order arrived the next day, with everything there as we asked including the last minute changes. Quite remarkable - keep up the good work!”

“Very happy with raised veg bed kits, good quality, easy to put together. Would be helpful to have picture or instructions for which way the brackets sit on the boards. Delivery was quite expensive. Could save the planet if the screws were in one plastic bag rather than many.”
