“Really helpful and clear conversation with the person on the phone helped me to order what I wanted. The only issue I would have is that the delivery charges are potentially high if you order say more than one raised bed set and I would suggest you discuss reasonable charges with the delivery company. Otherwise I have recommended you to other people, very good services.”

“The delivery was fairly prompt (considering recent events), the delivery driver put our goods where I wanted and was very polite. A substitute was made for the colour of netting, but no problem for us. Great company that we will return to.”

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are not able to kiln dry the timber. It is stored outside at the mill, and is delivered to us on an open top vehicle. We also store any overstocks, that can’t fit inside our warehouse, in our yard. And we have no control as to whether our couriers are able to keep the timber inside during the delivery process. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that the timber will be completely dry. Particularly when there are adverse weather conditions. “Perfect vegetable netting to keep insects and birds away. The black netting is really subtle yet allows plenty of light to get through to the vegetables. Great prompt delivery.”
