“I carefully checked what blade I needed, ordered it, received it and attempted to fit it. Unfortunately I hadn't realised that my Skilsaw required a different sized spindle diameter than I had read of and ordered. I contacted Saxton and Marc Hilton told me how to return it and advised me he would send out the correct blade which turned up in the post within days. Great service.”

“I had an issue with the new multitool star adaptor. Explained my predicament over a call and next day had a replacement. The quickness of the turnover surprised me but 10/10 for customer service.”
