“I know its a value deck but two deck boards are too short, a main 3 mt support brace was badly warped. Timber quality in general very poor. Also delivery cost of over £70, would not recomend or use again”

“Yet again, the team at Savoy were brilliant. Sometimes I can feel really intimidated by the all the builders etc when I go in there (being female) but the Savoy guys never make me feel stupid for asking what may seem a simple question. John has served me on the last three occasions over the years, and I had my decking delivered by a guy with dark hair and beard (sorry I didn’t catch his name) but both were extremely helpful and great people. Thanks again!”

“Excellent service from start to finish, the lady (was originally from Romania, sorry i did not catch your name) helped me with my order was great, very friendly, knowlegable and helpful. Guys gave me a few pointers to help with my decking - decking novice! Travelled from Warrington to Wigan for everything and will go back here for my next project. Thank you, Rebecca”
