“I purchased some zenith worktops, on February 2nd and received the order on the 28th February. I was told orders were being processed it took 4 working days to cut and biscuit 2 worktops, upon fitting them I was not very impressed, then I paid for a fixing kit, which was not delivered with my order, so I had to ring again I did get a replacement only to find the colour match was grey for a white worktop and linseed oil, instead of a solvent cleaner. Scott on customer sevices was quite helpfull, i would not recomend savoy timber.”

“Placed the order about 10am online and got a call shortly after asking if i'd like the order delivering that day which was brilliant. I ordered a decent amount of timber and only one piece had a knot of any note in it. Only ever use Savoy for timber, easy and well priced.”

“Good Communication with customer via email on the progress of the delivery quick response with a question asked. Does exactly what it says on the box good quality screws provided. It’s a perfect economical way of making your garden look lovely very sturdy, I have my hot tub sat on it. More people need to know about these products.”

“Rang firstly because hadn't had email Confirming order was ready. Person on phone asked for order number, I said was driving could she use address, she said "well can you try get it, it's far easier for me with that than searching addresses" Was very rude and abrupt. Then when actually came to collect the staff were totally rude, completely ignored by everyone for over 10 minutes! Order wasn't ready and had to cut me a worktop, passed the book by 2/3 people who was actually going to do the job. Only nice person was the end guy who cut it and carried it to my car. Would never consider recommending to anybody, absolutely shocking customer service”

“Having ordered ear morning expecting delivery later in the week I was surprised to get a call to see if Savoy Timber could deliver within the next 2 hours ( I.e. same day as ordering) . The full order was delivered and the driver could not have been more helpful.Excellent service could not fault the company.”
