“Very efficient service from ordering to delivery. After ordering the panels were delivered two days later by a very pleasant and helpful man. I was worried after panels blew down in storm which meant the dog next door got into garden and chased my cats. So thank goodness they brought them quickly.”

“The decking kit was soaking wet so difficult to cut, some planks were badly cracked and had chucks taken from the sides. Clearly sent the Friday bad kit. Although the price was comparable to other companies the delivery cost of £111.00 was outrageous!! Especially as email said the delivery would start on Monday but by Thursday I had to ring to find out why they had still not contacted to say it had left the depot. Funnily enough it had suddenly just been picked up for delivery the next day. So not impressed”

“Great communication. Excellent value. Delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. Delivery took a bit longer but that was due to shortage of material like everywhere at the moment.”

“I ordered MDF to be cut into multiple pieces online on a Sunday evening and by 8.30 the following morning I received a call to advise that my order was ready to collect. Cannot fault this service. However, when I arrived I was told my order was ‘over there’ and no assistance was offered. It was an awkward load to carry and it took me four trips from one end of the store to the front of the shop, avoiding other customers and staff. Either an offer of help would’ve been good, or items ready for collection be stored near the front of the shop.”

“Ordered some decking boards for delivery and forgot the clips. Ordered clips on line and the Wigan branch just added them to the delivery. Products are good and the cheapest. Staff are helpful and delivery made within a couple of days and on the day the said. Driver offloaded more or less by himself. Excellent service free delivery, would highly recommend. John D.
