“Excellant product and service.Really impressed with the finished product.Only issue was fixing the bull nosed end pieces as there are no instructions and the start clips cannot be used and the standard clips only hold one side.This is the only thing preventing a 5 star review”

“Placed an order for a decking kit which stated that there was a lead time of 7 working days. I was pretty astonished when I got a phone call later that morning asking if it could be delivered that afternoon. It was actually delivered to my house within 7 hours of placing the order, not 7 days. Brilliant customer service and the decking kit was exactly as described.”

“I needed some lengths of treated timber to repair some damaged fence panels. I found the timber on their website and ordered it for "click and collect". I had a phone call after about an hour or so and it was ready to collect, though for my convenience I didn't collect until the next day. Excellent service, reasonably priced and helpful staff!”

“Fantastic service. I had a few issues with my order. The web site had cancelled it. Some of the lengths I had ordered were not available. However the mark of good service is when you have a problem and it gets sorted, fast, and satisfactory. They really delivered on that score. Great on the phone and on the doorstep with the delivery. I will be using them again for my next project.”
