“2 years ago I ordered the Oak Mountain worktop for my bathroom and forgot to review it. I'm about to order again for my kitchen because the customer service was so memorably excellent and the bathroom is still my favourite space in my home thanks to this product - couldn't be beaten on price either!”

“No instructions for full kit. The decking planks were not the same size and had to be cut which I did not expect. I had to email wirh respect to delivery date. To be told an email had been sent???? However I had not received one.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, just for clarity the instructions are held on the website and you just download them they are on each kit listing on the website and within the help and advice section. I have just checked on the system and an email was sent from our Wigan store informing you of your delivery date the day after you purchased your order, perhaps there was an issue with your email address but it was definitely sent, we apologise that you did not receive it. Regarding any wrong size boards - we will always replace any boards that are not the correct size, unfortunately, we were not informed so could not do this for you. But we hope your project was a success and you enjoy your new deck!
