“Very engaging, and answered all our questions. Practical exercises meant we feel ready to give it a go in real-life situations. And the addition of some infant first aid with the baby dummy, made us all feel like we were prepared for anything!”

“Very easy to book, the office staff were friendly and very helpful. The trainer was fantastic - the right amount of humour and knowledge. Resources were very good too.
