“I was fairly confident that I could tackle the installation job, but appreciated the technical help Saturn gave before and during the process. There were some delivery problems, partly due to my location (and partly self-inflicted by Saturn !!) but they worked to get them sorted out. Very pleased with system so far, and would recommend Saturn Sales for a friendly and comprehensive service.”

“Decided I needed an air con unit for our small shop come Post office not so much the hot days (some hope) as the hot nights when our 3 fridges and ice cream freezer are pumping out hot air along with sundry computers and electronic devices adding to the heat in a closed up shop raise the temperature above 30 degrees and that is not good for chocolate or the bedroom above. Bought a Mitsubishi SRK63ZM-S unit with a fitting kit. Arrived on time, nothing missing and the fitting went to plan. Saturn, can not fault the service, recommended. As the outdoor unit was over our drive and next door's house is just next to it I was worried about noise. Air con on, is the air con on? Just a purr, so quiet, really impressed, neighbours will not know it is there. The air con is working automatically on a weekly program with different times for saturday and different again for sunday and it is very effective, no more standing about at night with the front and back doors open with desk fans trying to remove the heat. Mitsubishi - recommended.”

“Very happy with the service I received from Saturn Sales. After looking at their comprehensive web site I phoned to get advice and to confirm that my choice of air conditioning system was suitable for my purposes. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the systems they sell and offered me sound impartial advice. Having placed an online order, I was able to pay with paypal. Delivery could have been arranged for next day but Saturn Sales we very helpful in arranging delivery on a day that suited me. The system arrived promptly on the chosen day an the driver was courteous and obliging with carrying it into my home. With my positive experience I would recommend Saturn Sales.”

“Saturn Sales first of all surprised me with their company name and that was what sparked my interest in the first place and the second governing factor, which compelled me to go with them, was their ingenious test kit that allows you to test your AC installation integrity. Having never installed AC units before and been quoted extortionate amounts of money by local AC installers I decided to learn and do it myself. I was really in luck to have found Saturn Sales because not only that they rent you their test kit but they also send you installation guidance that can be easily understood by an untrained person and on top of that provide help over the phone. I have not found single AC supplier providing this kind of service. Now the units they sold were not the cheapest on the market but the help they provide was really worth a lot more. The stuff arrived on time and as purchased. When I called for help it was immediately given to me over the phone so I managed to install 2 AC units and extend piping on two existing units without a problem. Now they are sending me 6 bottles of wine as a thank you! Simply unheard off - seriously fantastic service, which I suppose, goes well hand in hand with their name! Thoroughly recommend it. “Dear Saturn Sales, Where do I start? There are far too many things to say in such a small space! Let me be succinct and at least say thank you to start with. I have dealt with hundreds of firms over my 35 year career. I started out as an electrician, trained as a water treatment commissioning engineer, became a gas turbine engineer and I'm now home doing whatever I like. In all that time I can honestly say I haven't come across a company like this where nothing was too much trouble. Weeks would go by as the client changed his mind, I'd come back on for another bit of advice and it was like I'd never been away. Straight back onto the original topic and more advice. Even I was glad when we actually bought something eventually! Please pass on my sincerest thanks to all of your staff for a fantastic, friendly service. I know that places boast of good service but Saturn Sales take that to a different level. I have several people now wanting me to Air Source them and I know for sure where I'll be coming back to. Keep up the great service as it really does make a difference and it certainly stands out.
