“Everything arrived as expected , although the tracking number provided does not work on the My Hermes site ( they say you need 16 digits). The problem I had was the lengths of the items.I ordered 5 metres of 1/4 copper pipe , 3/8 copper pipe ( both fine) The length of 4 core cable was barely 4 metres ( so I had to source locally , as I needed 5 metres) The 3/8 insulation was fine over 5 metres , however the 1/4 inch insulation was short only 4.5 metres. Not so good when I needed 5 metres.”

John, who believe is the owner of the company, even took my phone calls for advice while i was fitting the unit i bought from them on a Sunday morning. Great product, i bought an Panasonic High Efficiency Inverter - Heat Pump - Air Conditioner unit. What a great service Saturnsales provides, I just wish more companies were like that. “Having seen the Mitsubishi Heat Pump in Scandinavia, I thought they would be far too expensive, and difficult to install. How wrong could I be. The cost was far less than I expected, the support and help from Saturn Sales was exceptional, and we have been enjoying a comfortable environment both in Summer and Winter.
